The request from the customer

Delizialy is a start-up with the mission to become a reference point for food enthusiasts and connect the chefs’ culinary delights with gourmet 2.0: Most popular menus become unique dinners in the best restaurants. Our client has asked us to support them with the strategic rethinking of the positioning and the user experience to increase the number of registered users.

The proposed solution and the results we have obtained

Through our Design Thinking methodology dedicated to start-ups, we have rethought the positioning of the service according to a crowdfunding model in which the community is the result of a shared activity, thus rethinking the priorities of fruition. In a word, we put the exclusive dinner “product” in the middle, setting the best funnel for the user registration.

We have therefore redesigned the website to keep the brand’s top position up, fitting the quality of the service offered.

The result was, with the same number of promotional activities, a + 280% of registered users.
